Our Lasagna is made according to the rich culinary traditions of Bologna, completely loyal to the original recipe. Our take home Lasagna is composed of several layers of handmade pasta verde for you to sink your fork into, each layer holding generous quantities of Ragù Bolognese, Bechamel, and Parmigiano Reggiano.
